Do you have a weight limit?

A pony or horse carrying a load to heavy for them will display signs of stress and pain and could cause permenant injury. BHS have an information poster that you can view here.

To fulfill our obligations with the Animal Welfare Act 2006 and to ensure the welfare of our ponies and horses we have varying weight limits dependant on the pony/horse. We try to keep close to around 105kg (approx. 16 stone) for the welfare of our horses, although there may be exceptions to the rule in some circumstances.  For this reason we have to be able to accertain your weight and may ask you to step on a set of scales.  Any information obtained will be kept confidential and we apologise in advance if we do not have a compatible match.

What is your cancellation policy?
